Windscreen chips or cracks: Hirer is responsible for the insurance excess. If no windscreen add-on is taken, a $500 excess applies regardless of insurance option.
Hirer is responsible for punctures or flats unless caused by fair wear and tear.
Insurance may be claimed once per hire only
After the first claim, excess reverts to standard excess for the remainder of the hire
A utilisation fee applies at 30% of the daily rate for each day the vehicle is off-fleet due to damage
Reduced excess does not apply to roof, underbody, or off-road damage
