How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular services. However, we also accommodate same-day bookings when possible. For events and special occasions, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is ideal.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major credit/debit cards. For regular clients, we can arrange monthly invoicing. Payment is typically due upon completion of service or as agreed upon booking.

Do you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

Yes! We specialize in accessible transport with wheelchair-accessible vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts. Our drivers are trained in mobility assistance and passenger care.

Can I rent a vehicle with a driver?

Absolutely! We offer both self-drive rentals and chauffeured services. Our professional drivers are experienced, licensed, and knowledgeable about routes throughout New Zealand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Do you travel outside of Hamilton?

Yes, we service the entire Waikato region and beyond. We regularly provide transport to Auckland, Tauranga, Rotorua, and other North Island destinations. Long-distance travel is available by arrangement.
